FREE RETURNS* & EXCHANGES

At TOWER London, we want you to be happy with your purchases and confident that you've found the perfect Item(s). If a return is necessary, we can accept returns within 30 days from the day goods were received for an exchange or a refund.

 

FREE UK RETURNS FOR TOWER ACCOUNT HOLDERS

UK customers can use our TRACKED UK RETURNS LABEL to send back items for exchange or refund.


If you have an account with us, returns are completely FREE. Customers who do not have a TOWER London account will be charged £3 for using the return label and it will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are FREE.

If you need to return an item, simply click the link below and follow the instructions.

1. Complete your returns/exchange form and place it inside the inner packaging. 

2. Print shipping label and double-box or re-wrap box to avoid damage.

3. Once item(s) are received, we will send you a notification email when your refund has been processed.

You can send the parcel back to us using one of the following options,

24/7 InPost Lockers - No Printer Required

RETURN IN SECONDS WITH 24/7 INPOST LOCKERS

There’s no printing or label required and you can avoid the usual queues.

Just scan. Drop. Done.

InPost Lockers are in handy locations like supermarkets (inc. Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl) and train stations. Find your local locker here.

How it works:

1. Visit our returns portal to generate a QR code and package up your items - there’s no need to attach anything to the outside of your parcel.
2. Scan the code on your phone at the locker
3. Put your parcel inside and shut the door
 

When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier.

PLEASE NOTE: all items from the same order should be returned in one parcel.

1. Find your nearest ParcelShop drop off point by clicking here

2. Select your preferred returns options (print your label at home, or generate a QR code to print your label in store)

3. Once you’ve processed your return, you’re ready to drop your parcel at your nearest ParcelShop

4. Keep hold of your proof of postage. We’ll email you when we receive the returned products

TERMS

Provided that you return your item(s) within the Terms & Conditions, we will refund your payment or replace/exchange the item(s). Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please note; If you have ordered the wrong item/size or simply had a change of heart, all items must be returned in the original box, unworn and suitable for resale. Accessories are not returnable if the packaging is damaged, seal broken or the item has been used, due to hygiene reasons. 

We will reject any returned footwear/accessory that are not in a suitable condition for re-sale.

EU RETURNS

EU customers can use our EU RETURNS LABEL to send back items for an exchange or refund.

3. Once item(s) are received, we will send you a notification email when your refund has been processed.

 

USA RETURNS

US and CANADA customers can send the items back to us for FREE for an exchange or refund. Contact our customer services team on customer-services@tower-london.com to get your free returns label and follow the instructions below.

 1. Complete your returns/exchange form and place it inside the inner packaging. 

2. Print shipping label and double-box or re-wrap box to avoid damage.

3. Once item(s) are received, we will send you a notification email when your refund has been processed.

Please keep your Proof of Posting receipt until your exchange or refund is confirmed as completed.

 

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you have received faulty or defective goods, don’t worry. Simply get in touch with us to report the problem. Email one of our dedicated customer service advisors at customer-services@tower-london.com. Our team will be happy to help you resolve the issue and provide you with further instructions.

If the item found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault we will process a full refund if required.
