If you have an account with us that was active at the time of the order and are a subscriber to our email marketing, returns are completely FREE.
Customers who did not have a TOWER London account at time of placing the order and an active subscription to our email marketing will be charged £3 for per return label used and this will be deducted from your refund.Accounts must have the same email address as used when the order was placed.
Faulty returns, exchanges and shipping errors are FREE of charge.
Please email us at customer-services@tower-london.com for authorisation on your return and our team will provide you a return label and further instructions on how to proceed with your return
Once our team have authorised the return a label will be emailed to you
. Royal Mail can print the label for you if needed.
Take the email and your packaged item to a Post Office® branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP).
They’ll then scan the QR code and print the label for you. If you choose a CSP, check before you go that it can print labels.
When you have posted your return, you will be given a receipt, it is important you retain this. When returning /exchanging your item(s) please ensure the following:
- Fill in the returns/exchange section found on the bottom of the invoice sent with your order.
-If you no longer have the invoice return sheet or it is missing for any reason then please write down on a piece of paper, your order number, full name, email address, and what your reason for returning is.
Ensure the item(s) are in their original box/packaging in an unused condition with appropriate protective packaging and that the box is not taped or have any additional labels attached to it in anyway.
Refunds.exchanges will be given within 14 days of receipt of returns,please allow 5-10 working days for funds to credit back to your original payment method, these times can vary dependant on your bank or payment provider and are not in our control.
We would like to remind customers that any purchases returned using methods not supplied by our customer service team are at the customer’s own risk and we cannot be held responsible if these parcels go missing or are damaged in anyway.
