EU and International Delivery: All-Inclusive Pricing

We deliver to selected countries in the European Union and the rest of the world.

One all-inclusive price

Once you have selected your delivery country and entered your delivery address, we will calculate the applicable international delivery charges, import duties, taxes and customs-related fees. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

The final total shown at checkout is the complete amount payable to Tower London for your order and its delivery to the address provided. It includes:

the price of the products;
international delivery charges;
applicable import duties and tariffs;
import VAT, sales tax or equivalent taxes; and
customs-clearance, brokerage and other mandatory import or delivery fees charged through our delivery service.

You will pay this amount in a single transaction when placing your order. Provided that the delivery country and address supplied at checkout are complete and accurate, you should not be asked to pay any additional import duties, taxes or customs-clearance charges when your order enters the destination country or is delivered.

How charges are calculated

The delivery, duty and tax amounts are calculated using the information available when you check out, including:

the destination country and delivery address;
the products in your order;
the value of the order;
the country of origin and customs classification of the products; and
the tax, customs and import rules applicable at that time.

The amount may change if you amend your order, delivery address or destination country before payment. The applicable amount will always be shown to you before you place the order.

Where more than one delivery service is available, each option and its all-inclusive price will be displayed separately. Optional premium or expedited delivery services are not included unless you select them.

No additional charges on delivery

Our EU and international deliveries are sent on an all-inclusive duties-and-taxes-paid basis. Tower London, or a delivery or customs partner acting on our behalf, will arrange payment of the duties, taxes and customs-related fees included in your checkout total.

If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly asks you to pay an import duty, import tax or customs-clearance fee that was included in your checkout total, please contact our Customer Services team before making payment and provide a copy of the request. We will investigate the charge and, where it is covered by our all-inclusive price, arrange payment or provide appropriate reimbursement.

This commitment does not cover:

charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or changed delivery address supplied by you;
charges caused by your refusal or failure to provide information reasonably required for customs clearance;
storage, redelivery or return charges arising because delivery could not be completed;
charges resulting from a change to the destination country requested after the order was placed;
fees charged independently by your bank, card provider or payment provider, including currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees; or
taxes, charges or obligations arising from the onward resale, transfer or re-export of the products after delivery.

We will not impose any additional mandatory delivery, duty or tax charge after you have placed your order unless you request a change to the order or delivery arrangements and agree to the resulting charge in advance.

Customs information and delivery times

International orders may require customs clearance. You must provide complete and accurate delivery and contact information and, where legally required, any additional identification or information reasonably requested for customs clearance.

Any delivery date or timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise. Customs inspections, local authority procedures, severe weather, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We may be unable to deliver particular products to some countries or addresses because of legal, customs, carrier or product restrictions. Any known restriction will normally be identified at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if we subsequently discover that lawful delivery is not possible.

UK DELIVERY TERMS

TOWER London offers Free Standard Tracked Delivery to the UK mainland.

All UK orders over £70 qualify for FREE STANDARD UK TRACKED DELIVERY. Otherwise, our standard delivery charge is £4.

We aim to process orders on the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm or during the weekend may be processed on the next working day.

Next working day or express orders have a cut off time of 2pm, to be processed and this can vary dependant on any special circumstances but we will do our utmost to process any order placed by 2pm.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and delivered. There may be slight delays due to increased order volumes, COVID-related restrictions, or public holidays.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, delays are occasionally inevitable. Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates only and are not binding.

TOWER London reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Your order may be delivered between 7am and 9pm, and a signature may be required upon receipt.

If you are unavailable to accept your parcel, the carrier may return it to the local depot and leave a card with instructions on how to arrange collection or redelivery. Alternatively, the parcel may be left in a safe place.
