DELIVERY TERMS

TOWER London offers Free Standard Tracked Delivery to the UK mainland.

All UK orders over £70 qualify for FREE STANDARD UK TRACKED DELIVERY. Otherwise, our standard delivery charge is £4.

We aim to process orders on the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm or during the weekend may be processed on the next working day.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and delivered. There may be slight delays due to increased order volumes, COVID-related restrictions, or public holidays.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, delays are occasionally inevitable. Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates only and are not binding.

TOWER London reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Your order may be delivered between 7am and 9pm, and a signature may be required upon receipt.

If you are unavailable to accept your parcel, the carrier may return it to the local depot and leave a card with instructions on how to arrange collection or redelivery. Alternatively, the parcel may be left in a safe place.

INTERNATIONAL

Our international delivery services are available to most countries worldwide.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout once the delivery destination and service option have been selected. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on its size and weight.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be passed on to the local postal service according to standard delivery procedures. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or leave it in a safe place.
