For your peace of mind All UK mainland orders over £10.00 are shipped with a tracked Royal Mail or DPD service that requires a signature upon receipt.
All UK mainland orders including accessories and sale items over £10 qualify for our standard FREE STANDARD UK TRACKED DELIVERY. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.
UK mainland customers can upgrade to our EXPRESS ECONOMY TRACKED DELIVERY for £1.99. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.
If you need your shoes faster select our UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY service for the new lower price of £4.99 (was £5.99). Next Working Day delivery is only available for UK mainland orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders received between 12 noon on Friday and 12 noon on Monday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
FREE TRACKED UK RETURNS
UK customers can use our FREE TRACKED UK RETURNS service to send back items for exchange or refund.
Simply download and print our FREE UK RETURNS LABEL and follow the steps below.
1. Complete your returns/exchange form and place it inside the inner packaging.
2. Double-box or re-wrap your package to avoid damage to the original shoe box or packaging.
3. Print out and securely fix the FREE UK RETURNS LABEL to the outside of your package.
4. Drop your parcel at your nearest Post Office and retain your Proof of Posting receipt.
5. We’ll email you when your refund is processed.
Please keep your Proof of Posting receipt until your exchange or refund is confirmed as completed.
Customers outside of the UK can not use our free UK returns service. Click here for non-UK returns information.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT DELIVERY
Pick up your TOWER London order from our Wood Green and Walthamstow stores. Click and Collect delivery is free.
Choose the Click and Collect option at the checkout, select your local TOWER London store, and checkout your order. We'll send you an email when your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to your selected store. Your order will be ready for collection 24 hours later.
You'll need to quote your TOWER London order number and show some ID when you collect your shoes. Easy as that. Find your local store here.
CLICK & COLLECT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Click and Collect orders can be returned to any TOWER London store for a refund or exchange. Simply complete the returns form enclosed in your order and bring it with your items to your nearest TOWER London store.
Alternatively you can return your order for a refund or exchange by post to our distribution centre following the instructions here.
Items returned to our stores for a refund will be sent to our distribution centre (free of charge) and your refund will be processed by our online team. Click and collect refunds can not be processed in our stores and are subject to our standard online returns and exchange policy.
Exchanges can be completed in our stores. Please bring the items you wish to exchange and the invoice enclosed in your order. Our store staff will process your exchange.
Provided that you return your item(s) within the returns and exchange terms, we will refund your payment or replace/exchange the item(s). Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds are given in the same method initially used to purchase the item. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.
Please note that items purchased in our stores are subject to our separate store returns policy.
UK Standard Delivery
TOWER London offers Free Standard Tracked Delivery to the UK mainland excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Isles. Orders must be from £10 and above to be eligible for free delivery, otherwise our standard delivery charge is £1.50 and your order may be sent by un-tracked mail.
Orders before 12 noon are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days from date of purchase [excluding weekends and bank holidays].
Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or an alternative high quality service.
Your order can be delivered any time between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how and where you can pick it up. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
Orders placed before 12 noon are processed for next day delivery, except on weekends.
Next Day Delivery is not available for orders received on UK Bank Holidays.
Please note we are unable to deliver Saturday so orders processed Friday will arrive Monday.
TOWER London reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any point and without prior notice.
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel the carrier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up (please note: special delivery items will be kept in the nearest Post Office for 7 days only).
Please note: Next day delivery is not available for following postcodes: GY1, GY9, HS2, PA61, PA62-75, PA78, ZE2-3, KW16-17, PH30, PH41, PH42, PH43-44.
International Delivery Information
International shipping is charged on weight and the cost of delivery will be shown to you at the checkout.
Our International delivery services are available for most countries in the world.
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery.
Can I ship to another address?
If you wish to change the shipping address before the parcel is dispatched, that’s fine, but this must be done as soon as possible. Please note that some security checks will be made on the new address, to prevent fraud.

We use the following trusted companies: Royal Mail, DPD and DHL.
I need to change/cancel my order!
If you wish to cancel or change your order and it has not yet been dispatched we can do that, no problem. Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched we cannot cancel or change the order. We can provide you with your tracking number if you contact us by phone or email and quote your order number and name we would amend the changes you’d like to make as quickly as possible. If you have received an order that we could not cancel or change in time, you can return the unused shoes to us for a full refund when we receive them.
