INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

DELIVERY TERMS

UK:

TOWER London offers Free Standard Tracked Delivery to the UK mainland.

All UK orders over £60 qualify for our FREE STANDARD UK TRACKED DELIVERY, otherwise our standard delivery charge is £3.00. Please allow 3 to 5 working days from date of purchase for your order to be processed and delivered.

If you need your shoes faster select our UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY service for £5. Next Working Day delivery is only available for UK mainland orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders received between 12 noon on Friday and 12 noon on Monday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Please note we are unable to deliver Saturday so orders processed Friday will arrive Monday.  Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver on a bank holiday.

TOWER London reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any point and without prior notice.

Please note: Next day delivery is not available for following postcodes: GY1, GY9, HS2, PA61, PA62-75, PA78, ZE2-3, KW16-17, PH30, PH41, PH42, PH43-44.

Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or an alternative high quality service.

Your order can be delivered any time between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to accept your parcel the carrier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up (please note: special delivery items will be kept in the nearest Post Office for 7 days only).

INTERNATIONAL:

Our International delivery services are available for most countries in the world.

Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT DELIVERY

Pick up your TOWER London order from any of our Wood Green, Walthamstow or Brick Lane stores.

Simply select Click and Collect option at the checkout and choose the TOWER London store you would like to collect your parcel from.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to your selected store we will send you a notification email. Your order will be ready for collection one working day later.

You will need to quote your TOWER London order number and show some ID when you collect your item. Easy as that. Find your local store here.
