UK Next Working Day Delivery (order before 12 noon Monday to Friday) - Friday 20st December before 13:00

FREE CLICK & COLLECT DELIVERY

Pick up your TOWER London order from any of our Wood Green, Walthamstow or Brick Lane stores.

Simply select Click and Collect option at the checkout and choose the TOWER London store you would like to collect your parcel from.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to your selected store we will send you a notification email. Your order will be ready for collection one working day later.

Click and Collect orders can be returned to any TOWER London store for a refund or exchange.

Items returned to our stores for a refund will be sent to our distribution centre and your refund will be processed by our online team. Exchanges can be completed in our stores.

Alternatively you can return your order for a refund or exchange by post to our distribution centre.
