If you have ordered the wrong item(s) or simply had a change of heart, all item(s) must be returned in the original and suitable condition for re-sale, with any associated products, tags and boxes intact.

UK customers can use our FREE TRACKED UK RETURNS service to send back items for exchange or refund. Please Click here to download your Free Returns Label and follow the instructions provided.
This service is only available to orders delivered within the UK.

All orders placed between 5th November and 24th December 2018 can be returned for exchange or refund up to 31st January 2019.
Our standard 14 day returns period applies to orders placed after 24th December 2018.
CLICK & COLLECT RETURNS
Click and Collect orders can be returned to any TOWER London store for a refund or exchange.
Items returned to our stores for a refund will be sent to our distribution centre and your refund will be processed by our online team. Exchanges can be completed in our stores.
Alternatively you can return your order for a refund or exchange by post to our distribution centre.
All returns are subject to our standard online returns and exchange policy.
