WHAT ARE LOYALTY POINTS AND WHAT CAN I GET FOR THEM? 

  • You can use points as virtual currency to redeem discounts. Visit Redeem points to find out how exactly. Accumulating points allows you to reach higher tiers and unlock greater rewards.
 
 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY DISCOUNT CODE?

  • Each time you make a purchase at tower-london.com visit the Redeem Points page. This code will be automatically generated onscreen ready for you to copy and paste into the promo code box on the checkout page.  

 
 
WHAT DO PENDING POINTS MEAN? 

  • Pending points appear for 14 days to take into account returns and any other unforeseen circumstances and return windows. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY REWARDS IF I DECIDE NOT USE OR REDEEM ACCIDENTALLY?  

  • Active rewards expire if not redeemed and the points are returned to your points balance. Please note this can take up to 12 hours to process.

 

CAN I BE DEMOTED FROM A TIER BY REDEEMING POINTS? 

  • Members cannot be demoted from a tier if they redeem points which takes them below a tier threshold. Once you rank up a tier you will never drop back down below that tier you have earned. 

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACTIVE POINTS & LIFETIME POINTS? 

  • Active points is the total number of points earned in the last 12 months. These points can be used to redeem credits under the redeem points section. 
    Lifetime points is the total number of points earned relating to your total spend since joining Tower Loyalty Program.  

 

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

  • Simply log into your account and your current points balance will be displayed on your profile dashboard. 

 

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE? 

  • Yes, active points expire after 12 months from your last purchase. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY POINT BALANCE?
