Pick up your TOWER London order from any of our Wood Green, Walthamstow or Brick Lane stores.

Simply select Click and Collect option at the checkout and choose the TOWER London store you would like to collect your parcel from.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to your selected store we will send you a notification email. Your order will be ready for collection one working day later.

Items returned to our stores for a refund will be sent to our distribution centre and your refund will be processed by our online team. Exchanges can be completed in our stores.
