At a loose end this weekend? Then make sure you head to north London for a day of delicious food and pumping music at the annual Mauritian Open Air Festival.

What:
A celebration of all things Mauritian, the festival first launched in 2009 and now attracts over 10,000 people each year. Suitable for both young people and families of all sizes, the relaxed yet lively atmosphere continues to be a major draw.

Where:
Held in Tottenham’s Down Lane Park, the Mauritian Open Air Festival is only a short walk from Tottenham Hale Underground station which is on the Victoria line. Parking is also available but spaces are limited.

The line-up, which is as epic as ever, features some of the biggest names in Mauritian music including Alain Ramanisum, Jean Claude Gaspard and Laura Beg. DJs will also be on hand to get everyone up on their feet and dancing and the festival’s official band, the Omaz Sega Band, will be performing throughout the day.
